Editing player potential value ranges?

Editing player potential value ranges?

Is there a way to edit the player potential ranges or has anybody found where that might be done?

For instance, I'd like to tweak the set of potentials (-10, -9, -8, -7, 15, -14, etc...) so that their ranges are modified from the default (ie, 130-160 for -8, 110-140 for -7 and so on).

No, I'm afraid this is not possible. This information is hardcoded into the game.
