training

Post by wildguy108 »

My qmjhl team is fairly young and it is the off season right now and I have my players doing a practice schedule that is all intensive,

will it hurt their development if I do all intensive ?

Shouldn't hurt. I do it all the time no matter what league I'm playing. Just make sure to rest them up once the training camp is announced( 2 weeks prior to camp).

There is already (sticky) thread completely about training and practice.
You can also use the search function within this forum and you'll get results like this http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... ve#p105770.
You will get answers regarding practice in that thread, too.
