Question about Order ID

Post by neal1990 »

I was thinking of doing a league with some friends, I could manage it by playing as all 30 GM's, unless there is a way that I could give my Order ID # out to the 30 GM's and let them manage their team's through the system... is that allowed?

No, that wouldn't work. Your order ID only has two licenses associated with it at any one time. At best, you could use one for yourself and one friend would have the other.

It sounds like what you guys are trying to do would be best accomplished with EHM 2005, assuming of course that you can still find a copy. From what I hear, it's possible to play 2005 online with only the demo version. I think the only one that needs a full version is the host.

Either that or wait a little while for Franchise Hockey Manager to be released, which I'm assuming will have much better multiplayer capabilities than any version of EHM.

You could try using the trial versions of EHM 2007 to see if they can use that to log into the game hosted by your licensed version. Note the you can only have 15 GMs in EHM 2007. Only EHM 2004 and 2005 allow 30 GMs.
