Are you asking if the goalie who's screenshot you've posted is Hasek? No, that is not him. That goalie is too tall. Hasek is 5'11" which would be 180 cm.

Look in your game's NHL Hall of Fame to see when Hasek retired, then add 3 years to that and start looking for him in that draft year.

Also, assign a few scouts to the Czech junior leagues and have them search specifically for goalies. Maybe you'll uncover him that way (if he's already been regenerated).
