Error Downloading facepacks
Just found this site recently (great site by the way) and was downloading a bunch of the facepacks to update my game. Everything was going fine till i got to the NHL Card Faces A-F Part 2of3. For some reason whenever i download the file and try to open it i get an error stating "The compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted. All the other packs have worked fine and installed fine but this one seems to be acting up. Could anyone help me out here and tell me if im doing something wrong or perhaps its an error with the file itself?

Hmmm, thats strange!!! I did download the exact same file some week ago and it did work without a single problem....
I would try to download it again, as B.Stinson said, maybe there went something wrong in the download

Thanks Stinson, just tried it again and it worked but then i ran into another problem: the R Players file contained nothing but .PNG images instead of the normal .EHG files so when i unzip and copy them, it wont replace the existing files. So i guess my new question is do i need to change the format or will they still work in the current form or do I need to convert them to .EHG files?

Hmmm...
I installed all of that stuff a while ago, so I don't remember what I did about this. Though, there are two things I can think of off the top of my head:
1. I know the game will read either format(I have some as PNG, some as EHG and others as JPEG, and they all work), but I'm not sure which ones the game will chose to show. You could try just adding them to the players folder as normal and see if they are shown instead of the originals.
2. This is just a guess, but if you have your folder options currently set to show file extensions, you might be able to turn that off, and then add your new files. If my guessing is correct, the machine might not see the extension as a part of the name, and overwrite the originals since the player name and DOB will be the same.(For example: instead of the computer seeing Joe_Schmoe_28_1_1970.ehg
and Joe_Schmoe_28_1_1970.png... with the extensions hidden, it might just see Joe_Schmoe_28_1_1970 and Joe_Schmoe_28_1_1970 which hopefully mean it will overwrite. then you won't have to deal with duplicate pictures, or have to delete any duplicates by hand.

High tigermask; welcome to TBL!
Glad you enjoy the packs; and yes sometimes something in your connection can corrupt the download as it's transferring to you, seems that's what happened in your case.
Apologies for late response here, weekends are the only times we don't get right back to people posting questions pretty much but I'm glad the guys took care of you tough
As for the whole .png/.ehg thing the .ehgs actually are .png formatted it's just that SI uses the custom extension of .ehg. For card creators that means renaming them all to .png to work on them then back to .ehg for release. That set is .pngs because they were from my own 'working' set as we lost the originals and I happened to create those cards. I just never renamed them back to .ehg.
At that time it was before the preference was enacted which is .ehg first, then .pmg then .jpg. So yes, to get them to display you'll want to move out the .ehg versions in your players folder. The cards are alphabetical by first name because that is how the players folder lists them. So since these were all based upon the original SI .ehgs you can open your 'players' folder and trash your .ehgs of the same names.
