Hi Guys- I'm playing EHM 2005 online in DMA and DMB in the DMNHL and I wanted to license my laptop to be able to play the full game for "training" purposes. I have one license installed on my fairly new PC but I'm having a little problem with the laptop though. When I click on "Already Paid" the game takes me to a screen that attempts to connect to the internet and says that the name on a security certificate does not match the name of the site. I have tried multiple options including downloading it to the recommended location and trying to ignore the certificate warning, but no matter what the game tells me that I need an internet connection.
I have turned off Norton 360 with no luck in being able to get the game to connect to license it.
It's an older laptop running Windows Vista SP2

Re: EHM 2005 Licensing Problem - Needs Certificate to Connec
Hmm not sure what to suggest on this one. It sounds like the license company (is it eLicense for 2005?) hasn't renewed its security certificate. I wouldn't be surprised if it was because they no longer support the game...
Maybe you could try Run as Admin and using the Windows XP compatibility mode (this setting is on the same Compatibility page as the Run as Admin setting when you right-click on the exe -> Properties). But I'm really just clutching at straws there. It sounds like a licensing server issue to me.

The weird thing is that I was able to set up EHM 2005 on my main PC in January (or about then) when I joined DMB. I will try the compatibility setting you suggested. Also, I have the email from Trymedia systems with my licensing info so I may try them as well.
