LOL it is because you are not spending enough money on players. You need to spend at LEAST 57,876,000 of whatever that type of money is. You have to be above the SALARY FLOOR and below the SALARY CAP with your average club salary figure. I laugh not because I think your question is dumb, but because I do not think I could ever field a team with that little salary. Do you win with that salary structure?

Hmmm...the Salary Cap is 58,500,000 while the Salary Floor is 57,876,000...that's a difference of only 624,000 (did you edit the Salary Cap/Floor?)
In the current TBL Rosters (6.1) the Salary Cap is 64,900,000 and the Salary Floor is 44,200,000, a difference of 20,700,000
Maybe I'm missing something, but something doesn't seem right to me...based on the 6.1 Cap to Floor ratio, if your Salary Cap is 58,500,000 then I'd think your floor should be about 39,841,294
Are the Owners complaining too? Because with an Averaged Club Salary of 40,180,00 and a Player Budget of 37,900,000 it seems you're spending more than you're supposed to (but it doesn't make sense to me that your Player Budget would be below the Salary Floor)
Maybe I'm misunderstanding things...
