[2008-09] Lidas Rosters 2008/09 v1.3

Updates made from version 1.2:

- Quebec Major Junior Hockey League rosters, staff, and squadnumbers.
- Adjusted abilities and created players based on NHL Scouting Service Final Rankings.
- Greatly reduced the number of players with highly randomized potential (-15,-14).
- Edited League Reputations.
- Edited NHL and AHL team colours.

- Various transfers.
- Various attribute/ability changes.
- Created hundreds of new staff and players.

I was wondering if anyone has or has worked on a file starting around this period and added all current draft picks.

It would be a really fun experience to start before the Tavares draft and have accurate drafts for several years. Including editing current rosters to reflect "good" players, etc.

Let me know if anyone has started a project like that.

Well UUDB might be something you're looking for. It starts in 2006. And I updated it 2013. So it should have 7 years of accurate drafts or more...
