Salary Cap
Is the Salary cap stuck at 36.57 mil. Or is there an update to raise it? Thanks in advance. I'm playing the newest version of EHM

It sounds like you're on Pounds not Dollars, would be about the right conversion rate. And no, the salary cap doesn't increase, it's fixed at 69 million dollars.
