Game crashes at start-up

Hi!

Whenever I try to launch EHM:EA the game crashes at start-up, just as it reaches the last advertisement. I have tried deleting all local content (including saved games, logos etc) and re-installing it twice, but to no avail. I've had this problem for a week now, the game worked flawlessly up until that point. What do I do?
