Can't auto-populate international rosters anymore

Can't auto-populate international rosters anymore

When I take over as GM for Team Canada, I can no longer find an option to auto-populate the roster. I'm using the TBL 7.4c database. This happened after either an EHM or Steam update recently. Was this function removed, or am I just missing it?

Is there a way to auto populate the ECHL rosters? My farm team is empty and I don't know if that has an effect on development of my prospects assigned there or not.

My ECHL league is active, I just don't have a GM down there. I noticed my prospects are logging REALLY high minutes since they're on a team of like 5 players, but there's no space for them on my AHL team.
