Not able to offer Qualifing Offer
I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I have players eligible for RFA and I am unable to see or offer them a qualifying offer. Has anyone else seen this?

Which database (specifically, which rules, 2006, 2014 or 2015)
If it's 2006- how long have you had the save? Riz fixed (a month ago?) that all 2006 imports weren't importing RFA correctly. If it's before that fix that the save started... as far as I know RFA's just don't work in those databases imported before the fix at all.

I was about to start a new game with the 2006 database, thanks for the heads up. If I just re-download the 6.1 database from here will I be ok?

For me, every database I have imported from EHM2007 AFTER that patch works just fine. Every game started or database imported from 2007 before hasn't worked out.

I have different problem now. I am running on TBL Rosters version 8.0a but I have found out that qualifing offers dont work. For nobody, me and computer as well. I make an offer but it doesnt count as qualifing offer even if I make the offer much higher than I would have to. Anybody else have same problem? Didnt something change in past patches? I am in my fourth season and it worked before.Thank you for your answers!
