Yup, Calv is right. I was looking at the books/skills and guitar has a requirement of 3 stars in basic string instruments.

I'm thinking I need to save for a guitar and then start learning. Maybe I'll have you find me a price for a black electric guitar on payday?

I've seen that we play live in a few days... But how will we do if we don't know how to play and if we don't have instruments?... :-?

That would be cool to get some shopping ass't, or 'catalogue', in the normal game... I rushed out last night for some fireworks, and the cheapest I found was $60, so I took it(it seemed nice compared to the $100 I saw at some places ;) ).

Even just a way to search for stores carrying a certain product, without prices listed, would be a real time-saver. :-k

Quick question: How do you know when you're jam session is "over"? Are you done when you get an event entry saying you "went to (jam place) to jam"?

EDIT: Nevermind... I just "opened" my jam place, and it said I was currently jamming there... so I guess I'm done when it stops saying that ;)

For some reason I can't login.

Everytime I try it says Faulty Login or Password.

I've even had them send me my info and copy paste it and it still won't take it.

 I think someone was trying to log into my account but they couldn't get the password right. After 10 times the account is locked. ](*,)

Do basic composing first.

5 Stars is the max you can gain my normal means, but you CAN get a sixth star by teaching enough people the skill 8-)

Calv I'd get your basic strings up to the stars needed to buy learn guitar as first priority

I think you need to spend money for the happiness boost from shopping to work...

TDG members: please let me handle the setlists... I made the changes I did to finish with our strongest most practiced song and until everyone has an actual instrument upon which to perform an instrumental solo combined with 5 stars in all their performance and instrument skills it can only be a negative (like telling jokes without comedy skill) to do an instrumental solo. These are things mentioned in the forums. So it's going to get really confusing if we have people making chnages and then other people changing those changes etc. so if you could just let me take care of that I think we'll be better off. I forgot to mention why I removed the solo yesterday sorry about that

Calv: Lilly's Bargain Barn or if they sell out Gemma's Books are the best bet for learning guitar

A lot :-D At least enough to help out a lot with the rest of the crew which is really what it's about. I'm also going to be getting the books for the CEO skills so eventually I can pass those skills along too. I'm going to wait a few days of course but I'll see what I can do about making TPIH the homebase for some good payin gigs for the TBL faithful.
