Editing league rules and structures in EHM 1

I have seen in the editor that there is an option called "Junior Allowance" that is set to 1500 for basically every league, what does that regulate in game?

From my notes, it's a default annual allowance for junior players. However, I have no further information than this.

Yes, it's what junior players "automatically" earn in contracts - like in CHL where players have "no contracts" (at least "over" the table )

It seems like I cant get the promotion/relegation on the WJC divisions right. I have tried different types of fate rules. And it will not work. In my own cretaed divisions (Div 1B-Div 3.B) has the same teams in it years after years. I have filled in Upper/Lower divisions.
Does anyone know what i can do about it? Has anyone made own divisions national or international with relegation/promotion that works corecctly?

I have choosed to fill the league with databse comp, cause otherwhise they will fill all divisions with the same teams.

Did you try to simply copy from world champs settings?

Note that I have filled the div 1B- div 3B by myself by add each team to the competition (Here a screen on that http://imgur.com/a/d8Znx)
That is because its the only way to get right team to right division otherwhise the game will fill the divisons by themself and they use the same teams for all of the divisions.

This is how I filled the divisions. WJC, WJC D1a and wjc D1b is filled by the game.

Div 2.a poland litahaiua estonia croatia romania netherlands

div 2.b south korea, spaain, serbia, belgium, ausstralia, mexico

div 3.a china, israel, iceland, chinese tapei, bulgaria, new Zeeland

div 3.b turkey, south africa, brazil united arab, georgia, greece

EArk: Not sure but probably you don't have relegation spot from World Junior Championship U20. Check this out on screen and input 1 in Relegated for Stage 3.

Unfortunately it didnt work. The only things that works is the relegation/promotion between WJC and Div 1a, and that worked earlier to.

http://imgur.com/a/MM703 It looks like that for all of my leagues, but the next season it is still the same teams in all of my own created divisions. It is just wjc and wjc d1a that works correctly.

So based on this screen Romania stayed in Division 2A? Try disable "From Lower League Promotion Places". Also "From Database By Base Comp" might run issue

In the menu it also looks like this. http://imgur.com/a/A06Bv so it dosent seems like the leagues is correctly linked even though I have fillied in upper/lower division. But I dont know if that is a part of the problem cause the promotion will not either work with between the leagues that seems to be linked correctly

Database by comp is filled in cause the game will otherwhise fill the division by itself, and then they fill every division with the same team.
I have tried to disable from lower leauge promotion, without succés. I will now try to disable fill "from database by comp" and sim and see if they bring new teams to the divisons after the first season.

Not sure how it worked but You can also try add lower competitions to "Linked Competitions" table. I know the problem how it looks when we have to run tons of sim to check things worked or not .

it´s like moment 22, if I don´t fill the divisions of myself by "From database by comp" they will autofill the divisions with the same teams, and if I do fill the divisions by myself I wont get the promotion/relegation to work

Have You tried add these U20 nations in competition Structure screen? I mean fill them with Divisional clubs and choose in Stage options From Basic Rules by Conference or Divisions? Not sure we are talking about the same "filling".

Let me know if it works.

Note that the settings in that one is slightly different compared to the ones I posted above.
It also contains some other stuff where I have experimented with financial settings and so forth.
It also limits the rosters to 30 with maximum of 25 contracted (in Sweden).
This to hopefully improve the finances of the clubs. Haven't really looked into this deeper.
Gut feeling is that most of it is based on reputation (similar as what was reported by another poster on this forum recently).

I'm simulating as we speak.
Currently I'm investigating the effects of "Use only one stage from previous" combined with "Use additional stage" and setting the extra stage to stage 3. Hoping that it will understand to pick from stage 3 in AEN and AES...

andda715, great work with the division 1! I had plans to do this in the next month, but you did it first.
So if you need some help or something like that, let me know. Now i'm still looking for the error in the structure of HA, but unsuccess yet.

I can't seem to reopen my database with the updater or the pre-game updater (neccesary to add in additional info such as draft rights and staff history which can't be done in the editor) Seems like the index.dat file is gone, even though i tried the "unpack" option with the editor
