I took over UMass Lowell in Hockey East just to see what the college hockey aspect of EHM was like. I'm wondering if anyone else is an expert on this. Does the GM get any say what prospects are signed or is it all under the control of the AI? For example, I've had scouts looking at players and some other teams in the league have looked at the same players; those other teams are allowed to approach to sign them, but when I go to the player's profile there is no approach to sign option.
I'm also totally down for any tips for the collegiate level! Thanks!

what TBL roster you use? if 9.6 then we notice it is a bug...but in beta version of TBL roster 17-18 should work.
