HTML Team List Issue

Hello, I'm having an issue with the HTML Team List Generator. I've used both 1 and 2a versions.

No matter what I do, or where I place the config_teams file, the program will not locate it. It is in my main EHM folder but when selecting that folder, it says it cannot find config_Teams. If I moved it to the desktop, or another folder, or really anywhere else, it gives me the same error. I've tried running both programs as administrator, and I've also tried in compatibility for other versions of Windows but I've had no luck in fixing this problem.

For version 2a the config_teams is hardcoded location and needs to be in;

C:\Program Files\Eastside Hockey Manager

I'm not sure what your problem with version 1 is. Version 2 is better though.
