I am experiencing a glitch where if I am tabbed out for too long, when I go back to play the game, nothing works. None of the buttons do anything and attempting to close the app with the window doesn't work either. I have to ctrl alt del and end the process. If anyone could help me with fixing that, I'd be grateful.
Not why I am here though. Before this happened, I saved a file prior to making a trade. It was the day before the trade deadline. In my original play through, the trade went through and I played for almost 2 months before I experienced the aforementioned glitch. No biggie. However, after loading the save file and going through with the trade again, it now never happens. Every time I load, the trade deadline comes and goes and it says my trade has been "put on hold"
I am going to attempt to cancel the trade and re-do it both on the day of the save file and the next day (Trade deadline)... but what gives? Why this happen? The original file I got the player and I am now bewildered

Sounds like a potential issue with the game. I highly recommend reporting this over on the SI Bugs Forum and uploading copies of the affected saved games: https://community.sigames.com/topic/345 ... uidelines/
Regarding Alt-Tabbing issue: Are you trying to click buttons whilst it is processing? That can cause issues. Another issue is where you are running at full screen and you Alt-Tab. It's better to play in windowed mode if you want to Alt-Tab.
