Creating new players error

Hi, I am new around here.

I am playing Freeware EHM (1.18) on Windows 10 Pro. I have encountered an error - when new rookies are listed by the CSB at the beginning of the offseason, many names are listed twice - e.g. there is No. 1 Name Surname Right Wing Playmaker, and immediately after him there is No. 2 Same Name Surname Center Playmaker.

This happens with every new game I create.

Does anyone, please, know how to fix this error? I used to play the game back on Windows XP and never had this problem.
