I am missing the recently posted in sidebar. Is it disabled? Did I hide it?

The sidebar on the main home page? Unfortunately I haven't been able to get the script which links the homepage to the forums to work on the new site. Unless/until I can get it to work, I won't be able to get the recent posts on the sidebar.

I've been here as long as I have, and don't recall ever using the quick links drop down before today
