What this Rosters set need is Live Update so everyday Rosters are updated if we start Game with today's date.

That's at least a few hours of work per day.. It's way easier to wait a few days/weeks for frenzy dust to settle a bit (and big fish to find their pond) before updating the database..

OTTP has Live Start that what this Game needs same with Edit League Structure in Game but good Rosters also Random Historical guys show up in your Rosters for future Drafts.

Also CBS did a story on Homegrown NHL Rosters but since missing other then Flames Rosters.

1) Playing as the Montreal Canadiens during the pre-season, I am being approached by the agent for a certain Mitchell Beauchemin asking if I would to offer him a try-out. Nothing unusual about that... other than the fact that the player in question is shown as 14 years old.

Known bug, I am pretty sure this is fixed in 1.5

2) Another observation is while all of my scouts show an initial yearly salary of $150,000, when looking to up-grade my scouting staff, unfortunately all of the alternative options I have looked at thus far, all want a starting salary in excess of $600,000+, which my senior management has put the kibosh on. Seems there is a disconnect here...

Also a game bug, not fixed in 1.5 either but I made some financial adjustments and pushed a patch (yes I know scouts don't make 600k+ a year, but its the only way I could at least get them hirable.

The other are Philadelphia Flyers specific things. Linus Sandin of HV71 in the SHL should have NHL rights with the Flyers. He's on loan back to HV71 now, but it looks like one of the many quick-recall NHL loans that have popped up this offseason. Additionally, Carter Hart seems to have a $5m contract in this database, but in reality he is on his entry-level deal for one more year.

Will double check Sandin and push a patch if he was missed, our EP scrapper sometimes messes up some of these euro loans and guys fall through the cracks! I also fixed Hart's contract, there is a game bug where I can't set him to his ELC but setting him to 1.5m helps, he got a nice bump in CA!

Also Division Geographical because I did but have to add 2 extra Teams Orlando Seals and Kansas City Scouts NHL and yes they are at T-Mobile Arena but might be in Las Vegas not KC because is not called Sprint Center anymore so 16 in each League but will get an Error Message when starting a new Game.

I can't directly answer this as I don't know exactly what you did to modify the DB but there is a lot of steps involved to adding a club to a league, and you likely broke something.

No I didn't break anything I think I was just trying to do Divisions Geographical by moving Nashville to Eastern Conference but that leaves each league with 15 teams uneven number and yes all Teams set to right division and when redoing Schedule couldn't change one divisions set of Teams.

Thanks and it's even doesn't show up as one to pick one to start a Game with because your others do and only does if I save over one of the others I have.

Yes you have the NHL Divisional Setup to what it is to be next year but the NHL should did it Geographical with keeping Arizona in the West and moved Nashville to Eastern Conference and add a Southeast Division aka Florida and others.

This appears related to the Champions Hockey League as this is the date the groups are drawn. I was able to sim through this in 1.5 likely because there are changes to the way the licenses are handled in the new patch. If anyone can share their save for me to investigate this just PM me your save.

I may choose to pull out the CHL and Continental Cup until 1.5 is released.

I'm starting with the Seattle DB. I've noticed, and with your past rosters, that the staff salary seems to be way out of whack. I don't think that Trainers will be asking for upwards of $650k, or scouts for that matter. Can this be fixed?

When you go to ''Stage'' in Swedish HockeyEttan, the teams are in the correct division in the Divisional Standings but are shuffled when you look at the stages separately. The teams also play interdivisional games, which is not the case for the first stage. I saw in the editor that there's no schedule template for that league, is that the reason for all of this?

This is a known bug with the non-player spread and I believe we have raised this to Riz. It's because the top end of the non-player salaries are head coaches (7m) with the bottom being scouts/other staff. I've raised the spread number (which will generally lower top end head coach ask) enough so you can at least hire other staff, but yes the salaries are unrealistic. This is also a problem in 1.5.

That is correct, we only have the divisional play in the league structure. I would need an example of a full season schedule breakdown to make the appropriate templates. The way the schedules appear on sites like https://www.scoreboard.com/hockey/ don't appear to show the intra-divisional play, but to be honest I haven't looked in-depth. It took a lot of work just to get that league structure stable and somewhat accurate, its fairly complex.

If you could just give me the teams (but make sure its updated for 2020-21), I can take care of the club IDs and get it into the proper template, I just need a rough schedule. This would be a HUGE help!

Unfortunately not, it was an issue involving a club that didn't have a detailed division set, so when the game goes to create a new schedule it crashes. Only fix is to start a new sim with the fixed version I posted a few days ago.

Should be, but honestly it's a pretty unreliable league structure as it's fairly complicated, I believe in recent testing it works pretty reliably until like 2030s then it starts to get out of wack, no idea why.

Pushed a decent sized update, mostly around updating the game financials again, with Riz's help I finally have them (mostly) where I want them and it fixed up the crazy staff asks.
