Help with recent TBL Rosters - OHL Rankings

Hi! I've started a new save in the OHL (1st time playing something that's not NHL - sorry if my question is super dumb) and I've noticed my OHL Preliminary Rankings are quite short... only 14 available (see image below). My scouts can only find 12-14 players when scouting for the OHL main draft (not Import). Is it normal?

I've followed the suggested TBL Rosters settings when starting the save (Disable All Extra Players & Staff + Retain All Teams) + got all the available Canadian Junior Leagues active (major as playable, non major in view only mode) + NHL/AHL/ECHL/USHL/NCAA. I know the leagues I'm supposed to scout for the OHL draft aren't playable at the start of a save, but I've seen some guy playing WHL on YouTube and his rankings/scout reports were filled with eligible teens for the next WHL draft.

Did I do any dumb mistake when starting the save? Will more players show up during the season or mid/final OHL rankings?

EDIT: Forgot to say I'm also using Full player database.

Found the answer for myself, will leave it here in case anyone finds the same issue I did...

When playing CHL and during save creation, you need to activate the "Add extra junior players" option which will add a bunch of fictional teens aged 14-16 to the non major junior canadian teams (CJHL + all the U18/17/16 regional canadian leagues the CHL teams scout from). If you don't check the box, OHL/WHL/QMJHL drafts will end before round 2/3 because there are no more players available (and you should have enough players to fill all the 15 draft rounds).

I didn't check the box on my 1st save because it goes against the recommendation at the TBL Rosters Steam Workshop page (check my 1st post), but CHL becomes unplayable if you don't add fictional teens.
