I have never seen this before, I don't know if anyone else has either.

I love this one! I've seen it before. I was watching the game on tv when it first happened. I think there was another game that season that had some good fights with the Capitals.
It was nice seeing that again. It was really nice to see Pat Burn there and healthy. Has anyone heard any reports of how his battle with cancer is going? He was one of my favorite Bruins coaches of all-time. They never should've gotten rid of him.
Have you seen the classic fight between the Bruins and Rangers (from the 70's I think) and the Bruins vs the Rangers fans? Mike Milbury (before he turned into a jackass), beat a guy with his own shoe. I'll have to see if I can find that one on YouTube.
EDIT:
DOH! You've got that one there. I should've looked at the second video before opening my big mouth.

I was just a little kid when the Bruins vs Rangers fight happened. I don't know what kind of repercussions there were from that incident. Let's just say things were a little more "free" back then. If something like that happened today, those fans would be owning the team. I do know that the reason the fight spilled into the stands and they started fighting the fans was because one of the fans was reaching over the glass (it wasn't as high back then, I guess) and punching a Bruins player while he was fighter a Ranger.

Glad to hear Burns is doing well again. I always liked him. Even when he was coaching the Habs... I respected him. Is he planning on getting back to coaching or is he staying away from the game and just enjoying life?Habslife wrote:There was a similar fight Habs Vs Nordiques, it lasted 2 periods!
Oh, and for Pat Burns he's doing good now. He was interviewed 2 weeks ago.
