They are definitely updated, try unsubscribing/resubscribing.

If you started a save with the ECHL enabled I'm sorry but you will get a crash in year 2 due to a schedule problem. Uploading a temporary fix now, sorry about that!

They are definitely updated, try unsubscribing/resubscribing.

I redownloaded the rosters and same thing. All the players in HockeyTrean are autogenerated/created players. Previous versions didn't have this problem. Is there something wrong I'm doing while setting up the game settings? Please let me know as I'd love to have the real players in the game. Cheers and keep up the great work!

- Changed All-Star Game Format to USA vs the World

United States Updates:

- Added 2025-26 ECHL schedule -- added Greensboro as active again with appropriate affiliations

- Cleaned up NCAA rosters, further updates needed when full rosters are finalized - majority of sophomore-senior classman may not be on rosters and listed as UFA for now and will be fixed before the start of season release in October.

-- This does not impact players with NHL rights

-- This cleanup was needed as some NCAA rosters were over 40 players contracted, resulting in cuts of players and breaking future transfers.

-- We need to fix some problems with current tooling to get accurate length NCAA contracts, part of the problem is how the game calculates domestic college contract lengths, which resets if a player transferred teams within the NCAA.

- Added roster size limit start/end dates for offseason expansion for NCAA teams, should help limit the AI cancelling future transfers when the roster is already maxed out

The league still hasn't been fully scraped, most if not all players are UFAs at this point. We are working on an updated structure for that league to make it playable again, once it is made playable I'll scrape the leagues and refresh the rosters. I'm no longer going out of my way to update leagues that are not human playable anymore.

General Updates:
- This will be the last update for the 2019-20 season, thanks everyone who supported, downloaded and played with this database, see you next year!
- Removed enforced starting 'day of the week' for all competitions with hard coded schedule dates, this will reduce some of the scheduling issues observed in future years of the sim.

International Updates:
- Updated competition names and dates for NaturEnergie Challenge and World Championships
- Removed the following competition due to low importance: Kaufland Cup
- Removed the following competition as it hurts human GMs playing KHL clubs, these should have the "Russia II" national-team which is not possible in-game: Deutschland Cup and European Hockey Tour
- Removed the following competition due to ongoing issues: Euro Ice Hockey Challenge

NHL Updates:
- Updated all future transfers for next year (NCAA, CHL and Europe)

Thanks a lot for the work and all the updates! It's clear that a lot of effort has been put into the database this season - the attention to detail for each country and league is especially impressive. The updates for the KHL and NCAA are exactly what was missing from the last few simulations. It's great to see that even less popular leagues like Iceland and Latvia have received support.

It's also great that they removed the strict binding to the day of the week - it really hindered the simulation in the long run. Special thanks to everyone who helped with local updates - great teamwork. Looking forward to next season!

Will it be possible to create the same format in the game this season as the one used in the Champions Hockey League? I tried to create it in the editor, but I'm having trouble with the calendar. So is this format even realistically possible in the game?

I have no plans to set O/D rules that extensively, if someone wants to help do it, sure. I am just one person and already sink 90% of my free time just to maintain what I have.
