First: what kind of players is best for triangle?

Second (a bit more long): What are the best tactics combo for checking line?

My checking line(s) are always a combination of linematching and man-to-man coverage. I then also set their individual orders to match up with the opposing players before each game, they are also set to 'defensive' of course.
