I'm relatively new to the game.

I already read “practice guide”. But I still have a question without answer. Maybe it’s because the “language barrier”.
It’s about PRACTICE
In practice, I selected "no" for head coach managing practice. I can change "intensity" of practice. I selected each player (click on box beside his name) for selected schedule. Then I click OK to quit this page.
If I come back later in the SAME day. I see that all players are still "unselected".
Is the practice already done ?
Do I have to go to the practice screen every day ?
Could I make selection for a period of time ?
Is it something I didn't understand ?
I think I have read anything about practice in this site.
What did I make wrong ?
BTW
In minor (farm team). Are the attributes of the coach important in player’s development ?
BTWIf a center is playing on wing. Does it affect his rating ?
It's very usual to see that in NHL.

I think you are missing a step.
Lets say you want all of your players set to a 'General' practice.
First, click 'Select All'. This will check mark all of your players at the same time.
Next, underneath the 'Schedule' section, choose 'General'
This is just an example, you can always unselect the players that you don't want to have practicing.

Welcome to TBL, ayr99! Glad to see you found your way here. There's lots to learn here and plenty of add-ons to download. One thing we're rather picky about though is starting new threads when there are already existing threads on the same topic. Just look in this (Game Knowledge Discussion) forum. You'll find a thread called "Age Old Practice Question". It's several pages long and discusses lots about practices. Your question would've been a great addition to that thread and if some had the same question later on they could find the answer easily.
