Budget Help

I was wondering if someone could help me, I am playing as the leafs, and I made the cap 56. million, and I am at about forty- two million, and my team won't let me spend any money. I can't sign any players, when i get rid of high priced players, they won't let me bring anyone in, and I don't know what to do. Can the save game editor help with this in any way? I tried, but it would not work for me. If someone could give me a little bit of help, that would be greatly appreciated.

1. The "Annual Salaries" have to be less than the "Player Budget".
2. The "Averaged Club Salary" have to be less than the "Salary cap".
3. Check the Salary for the next two seasons. Maybe it's higher than you are allowed to spend.

Thanks for the help. I was also wondering if you know if it is possible to edit the wages to increase the teams budget.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think with the Save Game Editor you can change it.
