Hehe I did think to myself that knowing how well you know hockey, this can only be a good trade for you and a very bad trade for me :D

Getz - I'll check out your trade later today.

I can't believe I made team of the week on Monday. Awesome! I'm guessing, though, that I just had a good set of games that week and no doubt I'll be back on the bottom next Monday. :D But, then again, I do feel a bit better about my team, having made a number of acquisitions from the free agency - maybe I can hang onto a mid-table place for a little longer. Heh they'll be my famous last words!!

Wonder if I can win this thing without dressing a goalie for the rest of the season. Jesus. Smith, Weekes, Budaj, Boucher...all suck when I dress em, and get shutouts when I don't. Ugh.

So...any one want a goalie???? :-D

And Archi...nah I thought the offer was fair...Budaj for Zetterberg. :-D

I don't want one... but I need one. Osgood really sucks, Red Wings style.

Jesus..GO away for 2 days, come back and the Killer B's on my blueline are both out. 2-4 weeks for Bieksa...not really a big deal. But dang...6 months for Beauchemin. Bye bye Freddy...

Yeah, they really need to fix the injuries in this game. I'm suddenly getting nailed with them, too. :thdn:

I had just added Beauchemin to on of my other fantasy teams last week. I was a little annoyed to see him go out for six months right after adding him.

I'm open to offers for Osgood.

Just don't look at his stats before making an offer... focus on the fact that he's a Red Wing.

Ah....at this point, now that I am in first place, and may never be there again. Well...yeah who believes that? :-D ....I would like to thank

B72...for letting me dump Andrew Ladd on him.
D88 for taking pieces of junk like Rob Brind'Amour, and Radim Vrbata for the absolute crown jewel of my team Ryan Clowe, as well as Adrian Aucoin and Peter (super-goalie) Budaj.

Karlstad Killers...I believe to be Manimal...for taking Antero Nittysitonthebenchmaki and Steve I fanned on another shot at an empty net Bernier for Mattias (2 fights already) Ohlund and Mike (although my team sucks I keep stopping the puck) Smith.

Corinthians---Thanks for loving young kids who sit in the stands or get no ice time...and taking Kyle Turris, MA Bergeron and Toni Lydman for Staal, Beauchemin (ouch why he get hurt) and Volchenkov...ice time hogs.

And finally...my friend Calv...thanks for taking the underperforming Staal (Who at least is getting a few goals for you now) and Colin (I don't fight anymore, I am too good) White for Ray (mr ice time) Whitney and Kim Johnsson.

Honestly, without you guys....I would not be where I am. Really a heartfelt thanks. :-D I know you did not intend to give me so much charity. But well....YOu did. :-D

I think we can conclude that trading with batdad is a bad idea. Though, funnily enough, Cam Barker for free has turned out to be a pretty good deal so far.

Stinson, Archi (or others) - interested in Legace?

Haha that's brilliant, batdad! :D I was clearly wise to decline your trade offers!

Bob - I'll take a look at Legace and will get back to ya

Oh Turris...and his 12 minutes of ice time...don't scare me one bit.

And hey guys..I don't expect you to accept the first trade proposal I make. Please lets have some kind of comment in the proposal when you reject it. I am sorry, but to use an example I highly doubgt anyone has David Backes, Kyle Quincey, or Mike Commodore marked as UNTOUCHABLE. So there must be something we can work out that will help both teams. I just don't understand a straight rejection without learning why.

I tried to offer you a trade, Archi, and missed. Hit Catchup instead. Sorry about that Catch, it's the similarity between your team acronyms :(.

Back to the proverbial drawing board.

Why should we tell you our secrets? ;)
Just kidding. Backes is not untouchable but with McDonald getting injured, I'd figure he gets more opportunities on the top lines and I want to wait and see. It's a long seaon

Dad, you sure got the better end of he trade now, as brind amours -13 really kill me in that department.
Vrbata was on the 2ndline with Stamkos and Malone at the beginning. And we all now that all three don't get it together til now. So Vrbata ended as Free Agent.
I gave you Budaj cause i really thought he could be a no. 1 tender and wanted to help you cause you begged so much.
he is still no1 but shaky and the avs donT get as much wins as expected.
You waived Aucoin a week after you gothim from me. Me thinks you don't like him.
Your crown jewel Clowe was drafted by me cause his playoffstats really impressed me. But after a few games he had nothing on the Bank. Who thought that he will light up the scoreboard in this manner???
What specially hurts are his 9 goals which i need badly.
But OK, lets wait awhile and see if Rod Minus Amour cracks the -50 Mark. :-D
