Utility and hidden attributes

Post by spin »

I have two questions that have been bugging me for some time.

I'd like to know if hidden attributes (consistency, loyalty, important matches, etc.) evolve through time.
I hope my young unconsistent players will become better as they get older.

I'd also like to know what are the characteristics of a utility forward.
I know what's a two-way forward, a power forward, a skilled forward, etc.
But I don't know what's a utility forward.

Thanks

I think that Consistency don't change, but I'm not 100% sure. Same to Imp. Matches.

Yup. I don't think they change either. Not 100% sure.

Consistency can change. But it can only go up 2 or 3 points at maximum. At least I've never seen it change more than that.

Thanks for the answers.

I figured utility forwards were the type of guys with not a lot of skill but who work hard.
Like a Tom Kostopoulos.

I've encountered an other type of player I didn't know in the game though.
My scouts say Carey Price is a phenom goaltender.
I don't understand how he's different from all the other goaltenders.
I'm using lidas roster 1.1 and it's the only one of this kind I've seen.
All of the other good goalies are starting goalies or frnachise goalies.

Ever heard of "energy forward"? It happened only once to me, but this guy was pretty unstoppable. ;)
