Unemployed to NHL

I got many offers at the start mainly from Norway and England, i took the job with Bracknell Bees in the EPL and managed to win the league in my first year, they up'd my wage budget to a 'massive' £6000 a week which i could never fill up! the most i could fill was £4500 because nobody wanted to play in the EPL! the 2nd season i finished 2nd but won the EPL CUP and same again in the 3rd season i finished 2nd but won the EPL CUP after then i deicded to look for some other jobs, i was offered a job in the Austrian league with Graz 99ers i believe they are called, hopeless team, dead bottom and no money compared to the others, but i got in some new faces and gave it my best, 16 games in i was doing just enough to say off bottom and the AK KAZAN job was goin in the Russian Superleague, so i applied just for the sake of it, and they offered it to me, i taken it, they had a excellent team and loads of money, i played about 10 games and the NY Islanders job was going i applied again and i got the job?? i was abit shocked, the only league i proved my self in was the EPL! and i got straight to the NHL so fast! I have been trying for 2 seasons to sort out the Islanders but its hopeless ](*,) so im going to start my task again, my aim is always to get to the DEL and stay there for a good few years to get some reputation but i can never get to Germany!! :-x
