Exhibition games
Like everyone else im sure, every year, teams propose exhibition games with me. My question is, is there any way for me to propose exhibition games with other teams? It would be nice to try to set my own preseason sched. Any help would be great.

I don't think there is a way to cancel them. In the future, you should schedule them yourself. I try and schedule at least 8 home games in September. This gives my guys time to get ready for the season with some practice games, gives the rookies some playing time at the NHL level before I send them back down, and it also generates additional revenue for my team with the gate receipts and such.janner wrote:is there a way to cancel exhibition games? my head coach really f***** up the preseason schedule.

You CAN cancel exhibitions. First go to the schedule screen. Then change view from month to season. Press cancel button. It's on the match list. Then select the game you want to cancel and it's gone. You can also cancel tours and tournaments if you want. If you didn't understand I try to explain more carefully.

the Lidstrom head coach organised three road games for three days.

what I find strange about exhibition games, based on my previous experience, is that even if the other team plays its best lines, I always manage to beat the hell out of them. these games are always a good way to boost the players' morale for the start of the season.
anyway, thanks again!
