If I remember correctly it's from one of the old EHM 05 sites, but everything it says works for 2007.
Considering it was a public site for EHM that I originally found it on, I don't think you would have an issue.

Just one note, this guide is unfortunately not useful. The way practice works in EHM is quite different to what was written here.

That post was on SI forums at one time too. I remember reading it, and know I used some of it in my games back then, and have incorporated a little here and there still as my own knowledge has progressed.
It does work quite well in EHM 2007 as a guideline in many instances. I remember mplasse crediting several people in coming up with some of that info.
