how to change the maxiumum of foreign players?

how to change the maxiumum of foreign players?

how to change the maxiumum of foreign players in one league, for example in Russian Superleague, are only 3 foreign players allowed, its possible to change that?
I am using last lidas rosters update, and I want play KHL

That is not possible.
However, LIdas has changed some nationalities(Latvian and Kazakh, I think) to be dual citizens(added russian nationality) so that they'll count as russians

Also Belarussians don't count against the foreigner limits.
