SII is Siilinjärven Hockey Team, I'm not sure about HPO but maybe Hunters Porvoo?

Yeah, but I am in 2019 and no relegations or promotions and he is in 2028 and that much of changes.

Here is picture from relegation league. Only Sweden and Belarus get dropped. I hope that Sweden juniors comes back. Hmm that would be great idea. :-D
