New layout

I'm not sure if we need one, but at the end of the month a got one week off, so I can work on something new.

Do you have comments, suggestions? How would you like to see TBL.
Give me examples of website, I'll do my best

Why I would like to do it? I've learnt some new things (like making layouts with Photoshop) and I would like to use my new skills

This is 'only' the standard phpBB plus. I have still a couple of changes to do... but the functions seems nice. Thanks for the hint
