to be GM that long you must have used advanced 22nd century technology and become a Cyborg GM.

WoW =D> Amazing, "Today 150-year old Pahvi signed a 3-year deal with Saipa which we hope he will fullfill".

Also amazing that after all those years your English still has not in improved beyond "basic" :-p

except with his head in a jar he won't be able to do that famous coach clap, that every head coach of every sport seem to do. " I'd give you guys a coach's clap to help encourage to overcome this 20 goal deficit but i have no hands."

With the exception he's the GM, and not the coach, his AGM claps for him. :P

ahhhh...that right he would only need a bluetooth or a head set to make those phone calls to wheel and deal.

I'm currently in the 2020-2021 season in my furthest game.

Interseting to note in this season both Kovalchuk and Ovechkin have broken Gretzky's record for Career Goals, and bth ahve reached the 900 goal mark, they are currntly battling back forth for the actual record, but with Ovechkin being younger he will eventually own the record.

darn that my computer crashed and my EHM save with it.

Started with NY Rangers and stayed with them until the crash just when after winning the cup in 2038/39 in a 4-3 series against Vancouver that was settled in OT.

Started off by winning 20 consecutive President trophies and about 15 stanley cups. Then it all came apart as my prospect who turned into stars refused to resign, and i mean ALL prospects. Had about 6 seasons where i got a top5 draftpick but managed to win Presidents Trophy in 2038/39 after actually signing my prospects.

The biggest issue I had was when my 38 year old goalie retired due to injury... at that time he had played about 1200 games and won about 900 of them (not too impressive with shutouts, about 70 i think). But managed to get ahold of a good prospect and he turned out pretty okay.

The most annoying thing ever was when I lost my #1 pick overall 2010 (ajay eastman) to Washington Capitals when he was 36. By then he had thrashed all off Gretzkys career-record and if he'd stayed he probably could've beaten the most points in a season as-well as he ended up with 211 the year he left (113+98).

In my first #1 overall pick not aqcuired by trade i chose a rus/ukr player called Airat Osipov and this fella scored 60+ goals every season... thats when we finished dead last for 5 seasons in a row, he would've been something special.

Other problems i encountered was that I wasnt really able to get my 3-7th round choices playing NHL. I had a #60 pick overall who ended up being a star player, but of course he would sign with someone else.

I liked my staff though:
head coach: Markus Naslund
ass coaches: Martin. St louis, Alex Ovechkin and a few other star players that i cant remember. All of whom were actually darn good coaches.

But you start to feel you've played a bit too much when your regen players drafted in 2010-2018 start retiring :P
