Did know what Pavelec got tonight? I got no news about what cause him to fall during the game. That's always make me panic something like this.

We probably won't know before tomorrow... They said on TV he regained consciousness at the hospital and was somewhat confused, but seemed fine. His vital signals haven't ceased during the episode, which is encouraging.
Scary how those things seem to be increasingly frequent these years. Hope he'll be alright.

I read that on RDS and TSN. That's sounds good....for now. I hope it's not the kind of problem that will forced him to retire this earlier. The kid was starting to be good in the NHL.

Yeah... hopefully he doesn't have heart problems like the others (Fischer, Žoltoks, Cherepanov....). That'd suck big time to lose another good player.

That sort of thing is so scary. There's no symptoms or clues that it's going to happen - it just happens out of nowhere.
YZG - I thought the same - this sort of thing really seems to be more commonplace in recent years...

Maybe the fact there's is more and more hockey players? It's normal to me that the more player there is the more possibility to got some with sickness is. But like you said, it's like the fourth one since a couple of years.....

Grr they (B)ruined the weekend for me again. Why does Clooode play Seguin with those two stiffs ? I threw my remote away after stonehand Mikey wasted that two on one with Seguin. It got worse since I couldn't find it anymore and was forced to watch till the end

Yeah the B's weren't up to much today.

Tyler with his first NHL goal today
Good performance by the Bruins, physical, driving to the net, fast transition, pretty much picked up where they left off in the third period yesterday. This should have been in double digits if not for Bryz.

I didn't catch the game today but, from the game report, it looks like we really upped our game today. I'll most probably watch the game on demand/recorded tomorrow.
Great to hear Seguin scoring so soon! The Bs really have some top young talent.
I remember seeing a rumour yesterday that tomorrow we're signing a new enforcer IIRC to toughen up to team. I can't remember which player though...

I suppose it's Brian McGrattan. He was on a tryout in pre-season and if I'm not mistaken they've agreed a deal with him which has not been signed yet due to some CBA complications.

Yes that's it.

I believe the deal was due to go through today...

I got to watch the garbage game on Saturday but turned it off in disgust after 2 periods. I didn't realize they were playing again (and earlier in the day) on Sunday, so I missed the big shutout game. Looks like Horton is starting off strong though!

Wisniewsky did an awesome thing today! He showed to Avery what everyone's thinking about him.
Another bad events happened tonight when Pominville got hit from behind by Hjalmarsson and quit the game on a stretcher with a concussion. I did not see any vids or replay though but for now I hope there will be a suspension.

So
Pavelec simply fainted
Wisniewski rules
And that Hjalmarsson hit is
here. Not that bad but it wasn't shoulder to shoulder, according to the new rules. It was elbow to his back...

I hope they're being thorough in their testing of Pavelec. Sometimes fainting isn't just a simple fainting spell. Sometimes it can be a symptom of something more serious, like
Brugada Syndrome. One of the early warning signs of this is fainting. At it's worst, it can cause your hear to stop beating. I was diagnosed with it this year and got a defibrillator implanted in me to take care of me if that were to ever happen. If he were to have this, I don't know if the NHL would allow him to play though.

Apparently he's going to be having a whole host of blood/genetic tests to ensure he doesn't have any sort of condition. Hopefully it is just a fainting spell and that's it. The bad thing is that he's gotten a concussion from it - it'd be awful if he now gets post concussion syndrome.

I don't think he's gonna have post syndrome. Well, I hope. He just fall on the ice it's not like Bergeron for exemple. It wasn't hard as this.

I got to watch the entire Bruins game on Saturday and I wasn't disappointed. I'm really liking Lucic and Horton on Krejci's wings. They looked good! It was nice to see the scoring spread out too. Even the 4th line got involved. Jordan Caron scored his first career NHL goal too!

Habs got a good game against OTT too. I know there's just 5 games played but I don't know what Price ate this summer, he's doing good so far!

He didn't eat anything and I am not surprise. We just have to learn to be more patient with young guys, even more when they are in the net.

I don' have to learn this, I think the same way you do. I'm just surprise by the nice start he got, I wasn't expecting this at all and I llike talking sh** about him at my job so the Habs fan started to be p*** off.

Another nice win by the Bruins! And how about that Lucic-Krejci-Horton line? They're looking good!
