I'm in mid-summer. July 16th right now.
I did have everyone on intense training. Then I saw everyone dropping in conditioning %. So I decided to put everyone on "resting".
I'm still seeing all my players drop 1% per day.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. I've read other threads where people talk about leaving everyone on intense training all summer.
Practice Issue - Conditioning % Falling ???

Nothing I do seems to help.
I've tried some on rest and some on light training, they all still drop 1% per day.
I don't know what to do.

Re: Practice Issue - Conditioning % Falling ???
I'll give you a pass on this one but you really should use the search engine.
There are a lot of posts where new players (such as yourself) ask this exact same question...
The answer is, it's ok. Their condition % will drop in the off season no matter what. But, for some reason even though their condition % is dropping, when you have them on an all-intense practice in the off season their attributes go up. I usually wait until I get the news message about a week before training camp that says my team is "gearing up for camp" and then I let them rest.
They will be fine...

Thanks.
I thought I have read most of this forum. I don't know, must have forgot if I saw one about this issue.

Well, let's see.
I just turned 42. Been at my current job for almost 11 years now.
I still sometimes have to ask the person that sits near me, "what's that one person's name again?".
My memory stinks.
