Do you remember the 9 year-old who scored an amazing shootout goal some years ago?
He is now soon 14 and has already committed to a NCAA-school, Maine, as the youngest recruit ever.
He won't go there until 2019

Re: Youngest ever NCAA-recruit
This is embarrassing and NOT what the NCAA needs. This is the rubbish that happens in football and basketball sometimes, and it's always a joke and you inevitably never hear about the kid again.
At a time when NCAA is still really wrestling with what to do with players leaving NCAA commitments so Major Junior can pay them (let's be honest, that's the crux of it), this nonsense just makes it all the more absurd.
