Running CSD Patch on Mac
Hi, having trouble running the CSD patch on my Macbook Pro. Managed to install the game using Wineskin (thanks Archibalduk I think, for the tip in some thread here). However, now I'm trying to run the CSD patch, also using Wineskin but having some trouble. After using the same setup as I did with the game it just says "Wineskin is currently busy" and loading for a long time. Have tried to restart it but the same thing happens. Anyone have an idea what to do?

Re: Running CSD Patch on Mac
I'm not sure whether the Patch will work in Wineskin. Do you have the .NET Framework and C++ Redistributable installed?
Alternatively, you could try this instead of the Patch:
I'm not sure if anybody has really tried. Unfortunately I don't have a Mac and so I've never been able to try it out myself. However, perhaps the quotes below might help you:

It looks as though TheCheat works in a similar way to ArtMoney. If you can get that up and running then I can explain how to try to change the date. Alternatively, you could try running either the CSD Patch or CSD Checker via Wineskin:archibalduk wrote:I'm not sure anybody has tried. I'm doubtful that it will work because the offsets (location of the data) in the memory is probably different when running on the Mac. However, there is a Mac equivalent of ArtMoney known as The Cheat: http://www.brokenzipper.com/trac/wiki/TheCheat . I'd be happy to help explain how to try to change the start date using The Cheat.DannL wrote:Will the CSD patch work as well as ArtMoney?
Alternatively, we do have "non-patched" editions of the rosters which can be used without the CSD Patch (i.e. using the default / hardcoded 2006 start date).

It is the same as the CSD Patch but I don't think it requires .NET. However I think it does still need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
