Forum rules

Setting salaries when renewing contracts in EHM:EA

I'm playing as the Nottingham Panthers of the UK Elite League, and am having trouble with resigning players.

Whenever I go to resign a player, the wage amounts are greyed out so I can't change them - but I can still offer them contracts.

Is this something that means I have to change their squad status, or is it a bug I need to report to SI?

Are you really close to the top-end of your budget/over it? Because that happens for me at that point sometimes

Are you really close to the top-end of your budget/over it? Because that happens for me at that point sometimes
Actually, it might be a bug. I've just started a new game with that much better team in the Elite League, the Sheffield Steelers, and I can't edit any subsequent years on contracts.

I'm playing a game as the Steelers now myself.

It may be buggy, I was having a hard time with the ECHL and the same contract issues.

I have not re-signed anyone for Sheffield yet.
