Trade deadline rosters?
Will these be coming out? Last two roster updates haven't included any trade deadline moves, Shattenkirk is still on the Capitals for instance.

No there won't be. We only do start of season roster updates as this allows us to get more work done on the database rather than simply continuing to update the same teams' rosters throughout the season.

I also tried messing around on the editor with rosters and there seems to be salary cap issues that may arise if they're tinkered with too much given that the AI doesn't factor in (at least from what I've seen) the player's salary left when the deal is made

Yes you're right. That is the other key reason we moved away from trade deadline roster updates. Essentially you're simulating mid-season rosters using a pre-season financial/contractual position.

Could just do a Roster set as of Conference Finals so we could see if Ducks or Predators and Pens or Senators make Stanley Cup in 2017 meaning 2017 stats would be in it.
