My player photos keep deleting themselves...

My player photos keep deleting themselves...
Anyone know why my player icon's may have just disappeared for no reason?

Having that issue, too. From time to time.
Is this just happening in a single player offline league, or also/especially in an online league?
From offline I know, that sometimes it has to do with Steam and the addons which you subscribed. Can help to unsubscribe and resubscribe again.
Online it's some kind of weird... first I thought "Ok, the host doesn't have the same facepacks as I do" - I was sure all use the facepacks the host has subscribed to and in the correct folder. But then I wanted to check what happens once I just change my facepack folders name so the EHM can't find the player pictures anymore. Guess what? There were no more pictures available in the online league mode.
And if you add pictures yourself to the correct EHM folder they will get deleted once you check the game for corrupted data by Steam. Don't know if it works the same in case a subscribed facepack gets an update, but could be.
