So before I went to bed last night, I was playing as the Panthers and I put the GM on vacation, deciding to check how the NHL would develop while I was asleep.
It's been my past experience that when you go on vacation, your team goes into a slump almost right away. Maybe it's just me, but sometimes I would have to do stuff and I'd just save my game under a different name before I went on vacation with the Wings. Well it seems like they'd always go from 1st to like 10th in a matter of a couple months.
Anyways, when I woke up and returned from vacation, the Panthers were not only the top of the NHL, but on a tare! I don't want to cause any ruccus with Jokinen fans, but IMHO the Panthers aren't what you would call 1st place in the NHL material right now.
Anyone else experience interesting things when they went on vacation?
Anyone ever have this happen to you?

Something strange is happening.
I like to fill "the note" line for all players that seem to have a value for me (for evaluating potential trades or other actions in the future). So, every time I sign my own prospects from Europe and they come to play in North America, that "note" line is always empty.
The same thing happens when I put one of my players on waivers. What is this? A fluke?
