Patrick there are about 1000 things or so to help you out in other threads. Different things work for:

1. Different Gms
2. Different players in the game
3. Different coaches
4. Different teams

You need to be patient, I know it is hard...but we cannot win every game even when we get good. That is why it is such a good game. All I can do is point you to the "search" magnifying glass in the top right corner, and check around in different threads.

One thing I do know...is that changing tactics every single game will not work. It just confuses players.

The guide in the knowledge base, and the threads on specifics of tactics, players etc should help you,.

I am locking this thread now, as it is very expansive and redundant. There are no simple tricks to answer your question with in this thread.
