What program should I use to open the pics.cfg file?

Notepad will work fine.
Basically, it's just a text file but with .cfg instead of a .txt extension.

Hmmm...I had forgotten to change the file from read only, that was why it didnt work last night when I tried notepad. Nevermind, thanks anyway
