view team reports, GRAYED OUT

im in my 3rd of 4th year, with LIDAS's roster,

and now the view team reports button is grayed out... what happened?

ahh ok. i never knew that. and i think its cause i had fired my assistant gm, and was awaiting the guy i signed to accept
