Line Matching Question

Post by Wilbur015 »

Im sorry if this is the wrong spot for this. I searched but only found threads that dont answer my question lol

Ok, I noticed that when you match lines it shows up on the drop down list and shows EX. 1v3 2v2 3v1 4v4 etc... Im just wondering if its the first number that corresponds to my line.

Ok I have another question about this topic...When Line matching (Eg. 1v1 2v2 3v3 4v4) is that Line 1 D and Line 1 Forwards against their top line? or is D lines just random?

I think you match forward lines vs fowrard lines. Your coach will determine which defend pairing to use on the ice.
