"Proud to be playing" for a team

Post by The Phalanax »

I'm wondering whether a player who is "proud to be playing" for my team, who thinks that I am extremely competent, who's favourite team is mine, etc. will rub off on any of his teammates (particularly younger players). Does that stuff influence anyone else on the team, or does it just mean that it's easier to keep him on my team?
Thanks.
