Backup goalie issues

Post by TheRealist50 »

I did a search and didn't come up with this problem so I thought I'd make my own topic.

I'm having an issue with backup goalies. Their games played number goes up if I don't play them for a month or 2. it never happens when I first start a file but later on, maybe 5-8 years down the road. I thought I can fix this if I play them a little more often but nope, doesn't fix it. Their GP number keeps going up and everything else stays the same, this wouldn't be an issue if they didn't end up winning the Vezina because of this. I'm not sure what to do, anyone got any answers?

I'm thinking this is due to your starter getting pulled for bad play/injury. Also if you let the AI set lines and sim a few games in a row the AI will rest your starter now and then too.
