[2008-09] DEL 2008/09 v1.1

Based on TBL:DB v1.5, this updates the German DEL rosters to the beginning of the 2008/09 season.

* teams with the current players and staff of DEL 2008/2009 and the teams Kassel Huskies, Wolfsburg (2. Deutsche Liga).... (contracts times can be wrong) incl. TBL_Roster_Update_v1.5
* revised the team budgets & player attributes (DEL)
* corrected a few text errors in the German language
